A patrol officer, currently tasked with keeping outsiders from entering the city. Brian is a kind and brave policeman that keeps his integrity and record clean. A rare site in Paper City’s highly corrupt police department. Brian lives with his wife, two kids, his parents and a couple of relatives in a small apartment in a shady part of the city. He hopes he’ll make a detective soon so he would be able to move his family to one of Paper City’s more upstanding residential districts.
