The Tempest Dynasty is a collective of former nations across Eurasia which suffered the most following World War 3. The fissures from which Tempest vines spread occur most regularly in areas of high radiation. With the majority of fallout being found within the borders of its founding nations, the Dynasty considers the arrival of the Tempest to be their birthright, claiming ownership of the Tempest as restitution of what they lost.
