Once upon a time, when Elon lay under siege from the forces of Darkness, the elfin goddess of the forest bestowed these necklaces upon the three greatest warrior elves in all the land, to become the Riders of Red Dragons. The three warriors mounted upon magical dragons aflame with fiery magic, conquered the armed forces of Darkness, and lead their people to victory. After the liberation of Elon, the dragons disappeared along with their riders, leaving only the necklaces behind. Legend has it that the Red Dragon riders sleep on, deep in the forgotten caves of Teana; but should Elon ever fall into danger once more, the riders will reawaken.
